From drawing to delivery under one roof
Design, fibre-laser cutting, laser and punch combination CNC, graining, bending, folding, welding, quality control, anodising, priming, coating, assembly, packing and delivery. All carried out in-house, and all sheet metal work and finishing adheres to ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.

Radan and Amada software take DXF, DWG, SolidWorks and Autodesk files through to cut programmes.

Laser cutting
Amada LCG 3015 AJ fibre laser, ±0.01mm repeatability, sheets up to 3070 x 1550mm.

CNC punch and laser
Amada LC-2515 C1AJ: fibre laser, 46-station turret and tapping in one machine.

Forming and folding
Amada HG-2204 and HG-1003 ATC press brakes with automatic tool changers.

Graining and deburring
Through-fed deburring up to 1500mm, then a dedicated metal polishing room.

MIG and TIG, EN15614 weld procedures and welders coded to EN9606.

Made in batches of 1,000, or one at a time
Since 1973 we have been optimising, making and delivering fine-limit sheet metal fabricated items for many varied applications. Our sweet spot is 1000 batch runs of items the size of a cabinet, and we also cover larger, smaller and fewer, right down to prototyping and one-offs.
